The place is clean and well-appointed. the location is perfect and convenient, just 1 km from Fugger Museum and Fuggerei. - the staff is very very helpful, excellent at cooperating.

Good general comfort. Pool very welcome during hot weather. Nice spread (with some unusual extras - e.g sparkling wine) at breakfast, with opportunity to eat in garden. Very convenient for city without being in the middle of it all. Free wireless internet.

Minor points only: Found with a little difficulty - coming in from the north (i.e. motorway) the hotel sign is hidden by the one for the shop next door. It would be better to know the entrance is actually on Mittlerer Pfaffengaesschen, which is a left turn off Frauentorstrasse. Small step up (2cm) between bedroom and bathroom, ready to catch a bare toe!

The breakfast is nice. The hotel is in a beautiful position. The internal pool is a nice surprise. Bring your swimwear along though!

I had set the wake up call at 10 but the maid knocked on my door at 9 and woke me up.. very annoying. One of the towels provided had a spot so I discarded it

The single room with the minibar, king size bed, and garden. Delicious and free breakfast with juices, rolls, and sparkling wine - well worth the money. - the location is wonderful and incredibly close to the tram. - Helpful service at the restaurant.

The location is perfect for exploring a Gothic cathedral, the church, town square, and cathedral founded in the 8th century in the vicinity.

The staff was attentive and took care of us. the comfort double room we were provided was charming. - the location was convenient, close to Fugger Museum and Fuggerei. - You could walk to the main shopping center and the Christmas market.

The breakfast at the restaurant was outstanding, the location in the Innenstadt district is excellent, close to the city center and tram, plus they offer private on-site parking.

make sure you stay in the single room with great breakfast. the hotel staff is superfriendly and pleasant.

The hotel was centrally located in Augsburg. It was also on a quiet street and didn't feel loud or busy. The breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were modern, but felt a bit spartan. It was convenient to have parking right there too.

The hotel was wonderful and clean with nice views of the cathedral. the room was luxurious and just what we needed. - Very nice and courteous staff. - Fresh bread, fruit, cheese, and meats were excellent. - Overall there was a variety of food.

This hotel is absolutely superb. Comparing to the price, this hotel serves almost everything they can do. I had stayed in 7 different hotels along romantic road trip course, I am sure that this hotel is the best.
